Wednesday Prayer Meeting + Service

We invite everyone to attend the Wednesday Night Prayer Meetings + Service!

From 6-6:30 we are led in a weekly devotional by Pastor Eddie Simmons, followed by a review of what we call the “Prayer List.” This list consists of names of Christ’s Church Members + Friends of Christ’s Church who are in need of prayer for specific things. This physical list is updated each week with the hope that service attendees will take it home and utilize it to engage in intentional prayer, lifting up those in need to the Lord. We also take the time to share praises for those who have been relieved of their circumstances/ailments by the grace of the God. This portion of the Prayer Meeting is then concluded with active prayer by attendees who feel led to do so by the Holy Spirit.

Immediately following the Prayer Meeting, attendees are led by our Music Ministry Leader, Barbara Adair, in singing two hymns to praise and glorify God!

Concluding the music portion, Pastor Michael Kimberly brings us the Word of the hour in a service that ends around 7:30 p.m. This is a wonderful opportunity to truly learn God’s Word by diving into the finer details!
